  8. conforming to the ANSI Computer Graphics Metafiles (CGM) standards.  It
  9. provides comprehensive functions for developing graphics applications
  10. requiring storage and output of metafiles in CGM format.  GRAFPAK-CGM produces
  11. CGM files in all three standard formats:  binary, character and clear text.
  12. Typically, GRAFPAK-CGM is used in graphics application development for the
  13. X-11 and PHIGS environments.
